Die Vorfreude bei mir steigt, denn für Ende September (27.09.13) wurde mittlerweile das 4. Studioalbum von Alter Bridge angekündigt. Nachdem sich die Bandmitglieder etwas um ihre anderen Projekte gekümmert haben (3/4 spielen sonst bei Creed, Gitarrist Mark Tremonti war zusätzlich auch noch solo aktiv und Sänger Myles Kennedy war zuletzt mit Slash unterwegs), ist die Auszeit wieder vorbei und mit „Fortress“ steht das nächste Album in den Startlöchern.
Gitarrist Mark Tremonti macht die Fanz schon etwas heiß:
„When we started pre-production on this album, we pushed ourselves harder and further than we ever have previously in order to make the most out of every individual arrangement. We wanted this album to be our most unpredictable and exciting one yet. From the early feedback we have received, it looks like we have achieved what we set out to do…„
